Payment

When ordering you are required to pay at least 20% of the total amount as a deposit. The remaining amount is paid when the goods are ready. The full amount can also be paid when placing your order. For other requests regarding payment, please contact us and we will find a solution that suits you. Note that we also accept gold jewelry as payment.

Delivery

Delivery takes about 2-4 weeks. Upon special agreement, we can offer faster delivery. We reserve the right to slightly longer delivery time during major holidays such as Christmas, New Year and Midsummer. In such case, we will inform you about it when ordering. The jewelery comes in a jewelry box with a unique certificate that verifies the quality. Goods are sen tby insured and registered mail but you may also collect your jewelry in our store.

Diamond Quality

Our standard quality is Wesselton (H) and SI clarity, which is an excellent quality. If you prefer another diamond quality please let us know and we will arrange that. We are happy to provide tips and advice on which diamond quality that may suit you. Quality Certificates that verify the quality is always included.

Engraving

Engraving is included in the price.

Guarantee

Our warranty applies to material and manufacturing defects. At negligent treatment, external damage from impact and crushing the warranty expires.

Distance Contracts

If you place an order the ring is customied specifically for you, according to your size and choice of diamond. Therefore the purchase is not covered by the Distance Contracts and you may not be refunded. If you want to cancel the purchase during the manufacturing of your jewelry this may be arranged, though you will have to bear the production costs. The reason we do not take the ring back is that it is custom made for you in your chosen size, with your choice of center diamond and so on. It becomes extremely difficult for us to find a buyer who wants exactly the same. Exemption from the right of withdrawal for distance applies in the following cases:

Delivery of services has begun during the withdrawal period, the consumer's consent.

The price of the good or service is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market outside the trader's control (cf. shares).

If the goods due to their nature (eg a specially ordered product) and rapid aging can not not be returned.

The item is a sealed audio or video recordings, or a sealed computer programs and the seal has been broken.

When the item is a newspaper or magazine.

If the agreement on lotteries or betting services.

If the contract concerns transport or accommodation.

Catering, cafeteria or similar service.

If the trader undertakes to arrange sporting events, cultural activities, or any similar service at a specified time or period.

RIGHT TO EXCHANGE

We can not offer right to exchange rings. If the size is wrong, you can send the ring back to us by registered mail and we will adjust the ring for you.

Right of withdrawal when buying loose diamond

Our diamond suppliers gives us 30 days to inspect the diamond and the dissatisfaction you have the opportunity to return the diamond. We therefore offer our customers those 30 days to decide whether to keep the diamond or not. This right applies only if the diamond be returned in original condition within 30 days. The diamond should not therefore have been taken on a diamond ring or other jewelry. It may not seem that it is used in any way, then the withdrawal is considered consumed.
